Privacy

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, your email address, your message, and which property you were looking at when you sent it. There is no account to open, no newsletter you are signed up to without asking, and no field on this site that asks for anything we do not need in order to answer you.

We never ask for a passport, an Emirates ID, a bank detail or a payment card through this website. If a page appears to, it is not ours — close it and tell us.

We answer you, and we keep the correspondence so we know what was said if you come back to us later. That is the whole of it.

We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside Navani Properties LLC — including other brokers, developers and mortgage brokers — unless you ask us to introduce you. If a transaction goes ahead, the Dubai Land Department and the conveyancing parties will need your details, and we will tell you before that happens.

Two companies, both of which only see it in passing. Our site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers hold the page and briefly log the request. Enquiry emails are delivered by Resend. Neither uses your details for anything of their own.

Our host records the ordinary technical details of a request — the address requested, the time, the type of browser — to keep the site running and to stop abuse. These are not used to identify or profile anyone, and they are not joined up with anything you send us.

As long as the enquiry is live, and then for as long as UAE law requires us to keep business records. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we are required to keep them.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or tell us to stop contacting you. Write to murad@navaniproperties.com and we will answer within thirty days. You do not have to give a reason.

If what we do changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We do not quietly widen it.
