Developers
Where we stand with each one, said plainly. A registration means we can take you through that developer directly, on their own terms and prices. Ask about one that is not on this list and we will tell you straight whether we can act, rather than finding out later.

Aldar Properties
Abu Dhabi's largest developer, listed on the Abu Dhabi exchange and part-owned by the emirate. Builds across Yas Island, Saadiyat Island and Al Reem Island, from apartments to villas. Holds and manages much of what it builds rather than only selling it on.
DAMAC Properties
A large private Dubai developer. Builds master communities out from the city — Damac Hills, Damac Lagoons — and towers in the centre, many of them tied to a fashion or motoring name.
Ellington Properties
A smaller Dubai developer that works design first, with a recognisable architectural style held across a modest number of projects. Mostly apartments, in Jumeirah Village Circle, Mohammed Bin Rashid City and on Palm Jumeirah.
Emaar Properties
Dubai's largest developer and the one that built Downtown Dubai, including the Burj Khalifa, along with Dubai Marina and Arabian Ranches. Listed on the Dubai Financial Market and part-owned by the government of Dubai.
Iman Developers
A Dubai developer founded in 2016, working across Dubai Hills, Jumeirah Village Circle, Arjan, Motor City and Al Sufouh — with more of its work in Dubai Hills than anywhere else. Studios through four-bedroom apartments, some duplexes with private pools, and villas, much of it under its Oxford series.
Imtiaz Developments
A Dubai developer that has scaled quickly — more than forty projects in hand, most of the recent work on Dubai Islands and along the coast, where it handed over its first building in March 2026. Apartments at the upper end rather than villas.
MODON Properties
An Abu Dhabi developer, state-linked, building the island communities on Hudayriyat and other large government-backed schemes. It is growing quickly: the Hudayriyat Golf Estates launch in 2026 was reported as the largest single residential launch the UAE has recorded.
Nakheel
The Dubai government's developer, behind Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Village and Discovery Gardens. Now part of Dubai Holding.
Samana Developers
A Dubai developer building mid-market apartment buildings, a number of them with a private pool attached to the unit, mostly in Jumeirah Village Circle and Dubailand.
Sobha Realty
A Dubai developer grown out of an Indian construction group, which builds using its own contracting arm rather than subcontracting the work out. Sobha Hartland, in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, is its main Dubai community. In April 2026 it entered Abu Dhabi for the first time, with Sobha City at Al Bahiya.
