I’m Khazhimurod Khusanbaev — known as Murad — the founder and owner of Navani Properties.

You work directly with me. I handle enquiries personally and stay involved as we work through your requirements, the options and the next steps.

My focus

Residential and commercial property across Dubai and Abu Dhabi: apartments, villas, offices, retail and land, for sale, for rent and off-plan.

My approach is straightforward: look closely at the property, the developer and the terms. Price, area, service charges, handover dates and what the building is like to live or work in all matter. I aim to give you clear information to make your own decision.

Navani Properties LLC was licensed in March 2023 and is registered with the Dubai Land Department under ORN 34514.
