The Waterway

The Waterway is located in the new family-oriented community Meydan Horizon, part of the expansive MBR City area, overseen by Sheikh Mohammed’s development plans. MBR City is expected to become Dubai’s new center by 2025, ensuring quality and timely construction. The average cost per square meter in the area ranges from $6,000 to $7,000. By 2030, a nearby metro station will further enhance connectivity to other city areas.

The Waterway is part of Meydan Horizon, a family-oriented master community located across from the Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary in Dubai. The area will feature four lagoons with promenades, a park, schools with kindergartens, and clinics, developed under the leadership of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

The Waterway offers life near a crystal lagoon with a well-maintained beach along which lies a promenade with a walking path and a bike track. The water channel stretches 2 km in length and 50 m in width.

Ideal for families with children, the project is within walking distance to a school, kindergarten, and clinic. North London Collegiate School and Hartland International School, two of the UAE’s top international schools, are a 5-8 minute drive away.
