Azizi Venice

Azizi Venice will be located in Dubai’s suburban neighborhood, Dubai South. The government plans to make it a global financial center and a driver of the city’s economic development. With a well-developed transportation network, the area is well connected to downtown and Abu Dhabi. Emirates Rd is a five-minute drive away. A metro station will be built two minutes walk from the complex.

Opera, amphitheater, and event plaza
The highlight of the project is Opera Azizi, an opera house that will be the second largest after Dubai Opera. An amphitheater will be built nearby. It will host concerts, exhibitions, festivals and informative lectures.

Air-conditioned boulevard with a water park and shopping gallery
Azizi Venice Center is a 2 km long boulevard with a temperature control system. There will be restaurants, bars, an outdoor movie theater, playgrounds and sports fields, many stores and even a fitness area with running and cycling paths.

The complex has a good social infrastructure: its own hospital, school and kindergarten, which is ideal for families with children.

Water canals, lagoons and promenade with beaches
All residents of Azizi Venice will have access to an 18-kilometer lagoon, a promenade with restaurants and boutiques, and private sandy beaches. All apartments and homes will have beautiful views of the water bodies and Dubai skyline.
